"Unproportional Bodybuilder" - (SJ21.12)
SculptJanuary is an annual event that aims to encourage artists to sculpt more by providing them with 31 topics to complete during the month of January. It is organized by CG Boost.
There are no prizes involved, but it can make you a better sculptor.
In 2021 I completed all 31 topics. Last year I presented them here on ArtStation in weekly episodes, but I've changed my mind, I'm posting them all separately now anyway.
"Unproportional Bodybuilder" was the topic of SculptJanuary 2021 Day 12.
This was my contribution...
The idea of applying it again to my corpulent lady of Days 2, 3 and 6 seemed funny to me.
So I gave her a muscular male arm: "Hey guys, look at my formidable biceps!" :-)
I realized it would probably be better with her hand turned inward...I tried turning it in Edit Mode...
I started it without thinking first...the result was disastrous!
Somehow I totally messed it up!… :-}
Fortunately, there is still such a thing as the Smooth tool in Blender :-)
This was certainly unproportional! ...But not in the way I had in mind :-s
...in the end I managed to sculpt a healthy arm.
...it could be a bit stronger, so I pumped it up...
That hand was obviously not good yet!
Not so easy to fold these fingers. Harder than I first thought! But it works, with a little damage. But that's fixable...
This started to look good...
Well-groomed women's nails made it more complete.
A extremely strong woman's arm, yes!
I thought a sexy leopard bikini would be appropriate here :-)
I also had to find good lighting...
